No — monthly plan analyses reset each billing cycle. Pay-as-you-go credits don't expire, and subscription overage credits roll forward while your subscription stays active.

Yes. Plans are month-to-month (unless you choose annual billing) and you can cancel from the billing page or by email; access continues through the current period. Refunds are case-by-case — if an analysis fails, comes back materially wrong, or you signed up by mistake, email support@veroax.com.

Typical packages finish in 60–90 seconds. Large packages with hundreds of HOA pages take 2–3 minutes. A stale-analysis detector surfaces anything that stalls.

Yes. The Add documents and Remove buttons trigger a full re-analysis of the package. Updates within 30 days of the original are free; outside that window they count as a new credit. Your original analysis is preserved as a downloadable prior version.

Critical = a finding that stops the deal or kills financing if unaddressed. High = significant negotiation leverage (often $5K+ exposure or a safety issue). Moderate = the buyer should address it but it won't kill the deal. Cosmetic = worth being aware of but not actionable.

A curated California cost library grounded in CSLB labor rates, RSMeans Western indices, and HomeAdvisor data, keyed to nine regions and refreshed biweekly. Estimates are low-to-high ranges — confirm major findings with a contractor during your inspection contingency.

Every analysis has a Report an error button — confirmed errors earn an account credit and we adjust the underlying prompts. Findings cite their source page for one-click verification, and you get a free 30-day re-analysis window for amended disclosures.

PDF export is temporarily down during a rebuild — the dashboard view is the report and is mobile-friendly. You can click Draft email to generate an editable client summary (overall rating, top concerns, call-to-action); the full analysis stays agent-controlled.

No. Our agreements with Anthropic and other AI providers explicitly prohibit using customer content for foundation-model training. This is stated in our privacy policy.

Yes, while the analysis exists — original PDFs are kept in encrypted storage scoped to your account. Delete the analysis from the dashboard to remove both the analysis and the PDFs; an audit-log entry records the deletion without storing document contents or names.

The dashboard shows every analysis's status, and failures show a clear error with a Retry button that doesn't consume a credit. If the same error happens twice, email support@veroax.com with the report URL. Common causes are scanned-only PDFs without text or unusual HOA bundles.
